Sakura-themed Daiso Japan store reopens in Robinsons Galleria
Paying homage to all things pink and kawaii, Daiso Japan upgraded its flagship store in Robinsons Galleria, with its new look unveiled last September 21, 2018. The branch was reopened and furnished with the brand’s latest design concept, featuring elements inspired by Japan’s beloved flowering tree, the sakura or Japanese Cherry Blossom.
The store design, which will serve as the template for future branches, makes use of pink accents, light wood tones, and sleek metal shelves. The minimalist layout is intended to provide a refreshing space to showcase Daiso Japan’s wide range of merchandise. These include home and kitchen essentials, snack foods, stationery products, and many others starting at the price of Php88.
To celebrate the launch, guests were invited to a bento-making workshop with the mommy blogger behind Nanay’s Lunches with Love, Lourdes Vindollo-Labii.
