Southstar Drug Pharmacists convene in 2-Day Summit

Southstar Drug (SSD) held the 2018 Pharmacists National Summit last September 22-23, 2018 at the Heritage Hotel Manila as part of the brand’s initiatives to further develop its pool of pharmacists. Attended by participants from SSD branches all over the country, the activity served as an avenue for plenary talks on relevant topics such as drug safety, social accountability, responsible antibiotic use, and consumer nutrition.

With excellent service as the primary goal, Southstar Drug continues to engage issues in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry through empowering its workforce. At present, the format has over 500 stores nationwide, with pharmacists serving a fundamental part of day-to-day operations.
