Southstar Drug and Maxicare bring clinics to stores

Southstar Drug and Maxicare, the leading health maintenance organization in the Philippines, have begun to offer outpatient services through in-store clinics for Maxicare members and non-members. The partnership is the first between the drugstore and Maxicare, and it started earlier this year. Present in five branches, customers can avail of consultation services with a doctor and nurse.

Until December 31, 2018, Maxicare cardholders can also get a 2% discount on all products except for milk lines, and non-cardholders can get a 4% discount when they purchase medicine from prescriptions made from the in-house clinic.
