RRHI elects Cirilo P. Noel as Independent Director

Robinsons Retail elects Cirilo (Vic) P. Noel as an Independent Director during the Company’s board meeting held on August 12, 2020, joining Independent Directors Antonio L. Go, Roberto R. Romulo, and Rodolfo P. Ang.

Mr. Noel is currently a Board of Trustee of St. Luke’s Foundation and a director of St. Luke’s Medical Center and  several other companies. He also sits as a director in the following publicly listed companies: JG Summit Holdings, Inc., Globe Telecoms, Security Bank and San Miguel Food and Beverage, Inc. He is a certified public accountant and a lawyer, and his areas of expertise include international tax, tax advisory and planning, tax advocacy, litigation, investment and trade laws. In June 30, 2017, Mr. Noel retired as Chairman and Managing Partner of SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co.
