Daiso Japan PH donates toys, art supplies for street children

Daiso Japan Philippines, in partnership with Childhope Philippines Foundation, Inc., donated toys, art supplies, and writing materials to street children on December 27, 2022.

Through Daiso’s A Toy for A Smile campaign, which ran from November 17 to December 15, a corresponding item was donated for the beneficiaries of Childhope with every Php800.00 spent by customers. The campaign put together over 1,300 toys and materials, which were donated to Childhope and distributed to street children throughout Metro Manila.

Childhope Philippines is a non-profit organization that works to advocate for the cause of street children and youth. It runs programs and activities like KalyEskwela, a mobile learning program, and KliniKalye, a mobile health clinic.
