Daiso Japan president visits PH

We welcomed Mr. Seiji Yano, President of Daiso Industries Co., Ltd., and his team during a trip to the Philippines last May 4, 2023. We have been the official Philippine distributor of Daiso Japan since 2009.

Daiso Japan was founded in 1972 by Mr. Hirotake Yano, the originator of Japan’s hyaku-en shop concept, more popularly known as the 100-yen shop. Since 2009, Daiso Japan Philippines has grown to a network of over 90 stores and is set to open in more locations across the country. 

Mr. Yano and his team visited Daiso at Robinsons Magnolia with President and CEO Robina Gokongwei-Pe, Daiso Japan Philippines Chairman Wilfred Co and General Manager Katherine Yu, and other key officers.
