Robinsons Retail celebrates 10th listing anniversary

Robinsons Retail marks a significant milestone as we celebrate our 10th anniversary as a publicly listed company and as we reaffirm our commitment to bringing joy to the Filipino shopper.
 
On November 23, 2023, together with the Directors and Officers of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE), we celebrated the occasion with a bell ringing ceremony at the PSE Headquarters. Present were PSE President and CEO Ramon Monzon, PSE COO Roel Refran, PSE Corporate Secretary Aissa Encarnacion, PSE Issuer Regulation Division Head Marigel Baniqued-Garcia, and PSE General Counsel Veronica Del Rosario, together with PSE Directors Teresita Leonardo-De Castro and Ferdinand Constantino who joined virtually. Robinsons Retail was represented by Independent Directors Cesar Romero and Enrico Cruz, former Independent Director Antonio Go, Vice Chairman James Go, and President and CEO Robina Gokongwei-Pe.

“The retail sector and the economy in general may still be facing headwinds but I am optimistic that the wealth of expertise and experience accumulated in over four decades of operating in the retail space, combined with the leadership and vision of Messrs. Lance Gokongwei and James Go and Ms. Robina Gokongwei-Pe, Robinsons Retail will continue to be a leader in its industry,” said Mr. Monzon.
