Gokongwei Group HR leaders gather at Robinsons Retail for quarterly meeting

Robinsons Retail hosted the Gokongwei Group’s quarterly HR Council Meeting last April 29, 2024. 

Held across the different strategic business units of the Gokongwei Group, the meeting is a venue for the group’s Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) and HR professionals to learn best practices from colleagues and glean insights from top management while further immersing in the Gokongwei Group experience.

This edition featured a learning session on future proofing organizations via a robust succession plan with Mercer’s International Business Head Dhanur Oberai. President and CEO Robina Gokongwei-Pe and COO Stanley Co joined the group afterwards for a fireside chat where attendees got to ask questions and learn from their experiences in the retail business, specifically on succession planning.
