25 execs complete Ateneo leadership management development program

25 Robinsons Retail executives recently finished the Leadership Management Development Program of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business – Center for Continuing Education (CCE) last June 10, 2024.

The course features a comprehensive 6-module curriculum spread over three months that covers subjects available in a regular MBA. Participants also had to create an Action Learning Project. This allowed them to apply the theoretical knowledge they've acquired from the course to solve real-life challenges and scenarios.

Present during the completion ceremony were Dean Jet Magsaysay, Dr. Antonette Palma-Angeles, Charles Chan, and Aaron A. Palileo; Ateneo VP and RRHI Independent Director Rodolfo Ang; Gokongwei Group Chief HR Officer Gulliver Go, JG Summit Digital Transformation VP Azaleah Amina Rillo, and JG Summit Olefins President and CEO Arnel Santos who served as panelists for the participants’ Action Learning Projects; and other Robinsons Retail executives.
