Robinsons Retail gets third Golden Arrow for corporate governance

We would like to thank the Institute of Corporate Directors for recognizing Robinsons Retail’s corporate governance efforts with a Golden Arrow during the 2024 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard Golden Arrow Awards in Manila on September 19, 2024.

“Good corporate governance is not a one-time achievement but a continuous journey. This award reinforces our commitment to nurturing corporate citizenship in an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment,” said Corporate Secretary Atty. Lynn Rivera who represented Robinsons Retail to receive the award.

This is the third year of Robinsons Retail’s inclusion in a list comprised of the Philippines’ top publicly listed companies. Gokongwei Group affiliates JG Summit Holdings Inc., Universal Robina Corporation, Cebu Pacific Air, Robinsons Land Corporation, RLC Commercial REIT, and Altus Property Ventures were also similarly recognized, highlighting our collective progress in further embedding robust corporate governance practices.
