Appointment of Donna Leoncio as General Manager of Uncle John's

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Rhia Miranda-Leoncio as General Manager of Uncle John’s, effective February 1, 2024. 

Uncle John’s is the convenience store banner of Robinsons Retail, and was formerly called Ministop. Uncle John’s was named after the founder of Robinsons Retail, John Gokongwei Jr.

Donna has more than three decades of extensive experience in merchandising, strategy, operations, and marketing for local and multinational retailers. She first joined Robinsons Retail in 2011 as AVP for Merchandising of then Ministop, and has been instrumental in reinforcing Uncle John’s position as one of the country’s leading convenience store chains.
