Robinsons Retail partners with Ateneo CCE for leadership management program

In partnership with the Ateneo Center for Continuing Education (CCE), we kicked-off our Leadership Management Program at the Ateneo John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM) last February 5, 2024.

At Robinsons Retail, we believe that investing in leadership development not only empowers individuals to excel in their roles but also cultivates a culture of continuous learning and agility. The program aims to equip high-potential talents with the skills and insights needed for strategic thinking, performance coaching, and change management among others.

Present during the kick-off were Ateneo Graduate School of Business and CCE Dean Jet Magsaysay, JGSOM Dean Robby Galang, Professor Antonette Angeles-Palma, and organizational development expert Czarina Teresa Teves. Also present were Robinsons Retail officials led by President and CEO Robina Gokongwei-Pe, COO Stanley Co, Human Resources VP Gabriel Tagala III, Innovation Head Stephen Yap, General Counsel Gilbert Millado, Chief Procurement Officer Mark Tansiongkun, and CIO Jom Catanghal.
