Notice to our Customers

We have received information that a certain NANETH M. MENDOZA (a.k.a. Naneth M. Tolentino) is using a purported contract bearing the name of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Likewise, we have also learned that the same contract uses a purported Purchase Order bearing the marks of “Robinsons Supermarket”, “Robinsons Easymart”, “The Marketplace” and “Shopwise”.

We would like to inform the public that Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. (RRHI), or any of the brands mentioned including its subsidiaries or affiliates, has not entered into any contract nor have any business or commercial dealings with the said person.

Any transactions entered into with the said Naneth M. Mendoza (a.k.a. Naneth M. Tolentino) are not valid and shall be dishonored by RRHI or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
