Mr. Curtis Liu was elected as a Director of the Company on September 1, 2024.

With over 24 years of retail experience, Mr. Liu currently serves as Food CEO at DFI Retail Group, overseeing food retail operations in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Indonesia, and Cambodia.

Previously, Mr. Liu led merchandising and marketing for Wellcome Taiwan and held senior roles at JD.com, Meicai, and Walmart China. His expertise includes omnichannel strategies and leveraging big data and AI to optimize supply chains and enhance customer insights.
